Stuff to Scrap is looking for content for the new STS Quarterly Newsletter that is coming out in December.

Want to get Published?

Stuff to Scrap is preparing their first edition of the Stuff To Scrap Quarterly Newsletter and they are looking for some great layouts, hybrid projects, and tutorials to publish. Show them what you’ve got!

Holiday related layouts (Thanksgiving/Christmas/Chanukah/Kwanzaa/New Years/Etc.)
Hybrid projects (prefer holiday related, but welcome all submissions)
Digi-scrap Tutorials/How-to's for a variety of scrapbooking programs.

Deadline: November 15, 2009

Call Guidelines

Please submit your projects with the following guidelines:

* All layouts & hybrid projects must use 100% STS Designer kits (non-STS designer templates are allowed for hybrid projects if proper credits are listed).
* Include designer credits with all your project submissions.
* Layouts can be of any size, i.e. 12"x12", 8"x8", 6"x6"
* Please send images as large as possible and we’ll scale to size.
* You must name your images with the title of the layout or project.
* STS Newsletter Call must be specified in subject line of your e-mail
* We prefer new, never before published projects. Please state if your project/tutorial has been published before; either in another publication, forum, gallery, or blog.
* For hybrid projects, please include a supply list and project photos with your submission(s).
*Please include screenshots with tutorials if appropriate.

Never published anything before? Newbies encouraged to send projects and layouts. Good luck!

Before I show you the cool blinkies that were made, I have to say, sorry to those who emailed me and asked for an extension. lol. Your too funny. A deadline is a deadline and I know we all get busy with life, but a contest is a contest. lol. So, unfortunately, only 2 made it on time, and the 4 others that emailed me, maybe next contest you can make the deadline. whahahahah (evil laugh).

Spooks and Smiles

I love Halloween, and the great thing is, this year we get to celebrate Halloween 3 times. lol. My kids have to dress up for Halloween for school on Thursday, because Friday they don't have school (end of term stuff), and then Friday my ward has Trunk or Treeting (where we go to our church parking lot and walk around to the trunks of all the cars trick or treating instead of going house to house. Saves times and is a lot safer.), then because Halloween is on Saturday, you better believe I'm taking them trick or treating again in neighborhoods that do it the regular way. We're going to be full of candy, so I am sure we'll be giving a lot away to friends and family. Nevertheless, we are excited! lol.

Scrap 4 Hire Friendly

After collaborating with several Stuff to Scrap Designers who already are Scrap 4 Hire Friendly, and after much debate and many, many, many emails later, I too am now Scrap 4 Hire/Scrap 4 Others Friendly.

All my kits and templates, past, present and future will be S4H/S4O.
