New CT Members and Smile Add-on Freebie

I wanted to take some time and introduce my newest CT members with their layouts they did using my newest kit, Smile. And then at the very end of this post you can get a freebie add-on that coordinates with the Smile kit.

I am a SAHM of two beautiful kids: a handsome boy who is 9 years old and a little princess girl who is 2 1/2. We are currently living in the Midwest, but we move every couple of years due to my DH's job. We recently moved back from a 2 1/2 year assignment in Switzerland.It was a great experience! I love traveling, meeting new people and seeing new places. Crafting and creative activities is something I always loved. Some of my hobbies are: stamping, quilting, stained glass, and of course scrapboking. I was introduced to digital scrapbooking last year while living abroad. In Switzerland, had limited space, and decided to give digiscrapbooking a try! I immediately fell in love with it! I love how portable and mess free it can be! I am also learning new techniques every day and that makes it very interesting to me because I love learning and exploring new things . Digital scrapbooking allows me to explore my creative side in a more flexible way than my other hobbies do. I can experiment with color, texture and placement without the fear of permanency. If I do not like it, I can start over with ease. You try that on a quilting or stain glass! LOL. I am looking forward to joining Nicole's CT. This will be a new experience to me and I hope you will like the LO's that I will come up with. I look forward to reading your coments about my work. I will take them into account when designing new pages... so please, don't be shy! Let me know what you are thinking!

My name is Whitney Thompson and I'm a college student that is 21 years young. I just started digital scrapbooking this year and I love it! Please note: At this time I am only looking for someone who does layouts, who is not a designer. The reason for this is that I know how much time designing takes, and although I know some of those on my team do design, well, I just wanted to have someone who is just all about the layouts!!

Summer Sunrise
